Employee Engagement Survey
Transform Your Club with Employee Engagement Survey
Customers will never love a company until the employees love it first.
– Simon Sinek
BULLSEYE CX & the CMAA’s Employee Engagement Survey for Clubs in Australia is an industry-wide study, a first of its kind, to help identify industry trends and benchmark performance moving forward.
Employee engagement is the last competitive battleground for organizations who want to retain and grow their customers. The single-most important determinant of customer satisfaction as well as retention is the quality of customer experience an organization offers its customers. The quality of customer experience, in return, is determined primarily by the level of engagement employees have with the organization. According to the Gallup Organization, organizations with ‘engaged’ employees outperform those without by a whopping 202 percent.
The Australian Club Industry is facing increasing competition from other industries such as casinos, pubs and retail, at a time when the market is approaching stagnation. In order to withstand impending adverse market conditions, Clubs will have to fortify their customer retention strategies by offering a compelling guest experience. An excellent guest experience results from employee engagement, hence the need to monitor the level of employee engagement regularly, and to benchmark your Club – over time and with other Clubs.
Employee engagement represents the level of enthusiasm and connection employees have with an organization.
